If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Urs TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is successfully completed.

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time.
